If you find an item somewhere else at a lower price (either before your purchase or even within 30 days after your purchase), we will match the price or refund you the difference.
How It Works:
The advertised item must be an identical product by the same manufacturer. You must send the URL of the advertised product and price in an email to . We will match the advertised price (or, if you have already purchased the item, we will refund the difference). Because we charge so little for shipping, the match or difference must also apply to shipping/handling charges or sales tax that the competitor charges as compared to our shipping rates. It only applies to the actual price of the product. Additionally, items shipped to Pennsylvania are charged 6% sales tax, which is not included in the match or difference.
Example 1 - Advertised at a Lower Price Before You Purchase
- You find an item that we have listed for $20 on another site for $17.
- Send us an email to with your name, email address and the URL to the advertised lower price.
- We will verify the price and the product is identical from the same manufacturer.
- We will send you a coupon code (good for 30 days) that you will enter at checkout that will set the price on that item to $17.
Example 2 - Advertised at a Lower Price After You Purchase
- You purchased an item on our site for $25. 10 days later, you find the same item advertised for $21 on another site.
- Forward your emailed receipt (or send us your name, email address and Order Number) to and the URL of the advertised lower price.
- We will verify the price and the product is identical from the same manufacturer.
- We will refund your credit card for $4 (the difference in amount from our price to the lower advertised price).
Price adjustments are limited to one price match (or refund) per item within the 30 day period. Competitors coupons or promotions for first time or one time use will not be accepted for the low price guarantee. Competitive items must be in stock and available for purchase from the competitor.
All Scented Candles reserves the right to deny any price match where the competitor does not have the item in stock, or does not meet the above criteria.
